Mental Wellness @ Work
Here's what's included in the Mental Wellness @ Work learning series package:
1. Onboarding

An onboarding meeting with key organization staff to choose learning series dates and topics.

Resources to increase employee sign-up and participation in sessions. Including promotional email content (copy) and program graphics or posters for internal emails or networks.

Unique sign up link for employees to get access to learning series (to measure uptake and engagement).

We can host virtual calls on our platform or on yours.
2. Program Content
-
1.5 hour virtual training/discussion session on engaging topics related to mental health, anxiety, burnout prevention, stress management, wellness and more - will include guest topic experts where relevant.

Recording links of training will be provided to employer and available for 1 year after delivery.

Reminder emails sent to participating employees prior to each learning series session.
3. Feedback & Follow Up

Motivational and educational emails sent to participating employees after each session with tips, tools, resources and more.

Engagement surveys sent to participating employees after each session to gain feedback and learn future topics of interest.

Yearly report provided to employer with statistics, engagement, number of participants per session, anonymous feedback results etc.
