Hi, I'm Alison!
I'm passionate about helping you prioritize your wellbeing, especially your mental health. In 2017 I started experiencing physical health symptoms that I didn't understand and spent months visiting a variety of Doctors and medical professionals.
Eventually I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I believe this stemmed from years of undiagnosed burnout.
I believe that my mental health diagnosis is one of the best things to ever happen to me because it has led me make massive changes to how I live and work and to share my own experiences with you to help YOU create change.
Now, as an educator and mentor, I help you take back your time, energy, and peace of mind with simple, actionable strategies—so you can feel your best every day.
