Completely beginner friendly and for every body. 

I'll guide you through gentle stretching and breath work to help:

  • Relax your mind.
  • Reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm.
  • Help you get a great night's sleep.
  • Start your week feeling refreshed.

What will I need for the class?

  • Zoom app on a computer or tablet
  • a yoga or exercise mat
  • a blanket
  • a yoga block (or 2) if you have them (or a stack of books will also work!)
  • a pillow or yoga bolster (to sit on)
