How Do I Pay?

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and hold your retreat space. 

Payments can be made all at once, or in several instalments. Monthly payment plans also available. 

Credit card and direct deposit (e-transfer) payment accepted.

Absolutely!  I'm here to make this experience easy for you.

What will we do each day?

I'm a business owner.  Is this retreat right for me?

Retreat agenda is still being finalized, but here's what you can expect.

Friday afternoon & evening - welcome ceremony, guided journaling and gentle yin yoga (completely beginner friendly, no yoga experience required).

Saturday - 2 breath work & yin yoga sessions, guided self-care workshop with Alison, guided journaling in nature, free time to rest & restore (sauna on site!).

Sunday - breath work & yin yoga, closing ceremony.

There are business owners attending the retreat and this is a fantastic opportunity to find clarity for your business moving forward. 

What will the food be like?

All meals are prepared at the August House and will be healthy & plant based. Snacks, coffee, tea and water will also be provided throughout the retreat weekend!
