In Lunch Break #1, you will explore your own barriers & limitations to self-care and find hidden opportunities you may not see for yourself. From there, you will narrow down the 3-5 areas you most want to focus on. 

 

Lunch Break #2 - Value Your Self-Care

The goal of Lunch Break #2 is for you to feel confident in placing a high value on your self-care time and create your own personal boundaries to protect your time. You'll learn time strategies to help you schedule and stick to your self-care priorities from the first workshop.

 

Lunch Break #3 - Overcome The Blocks

Lunch Break #3 will explore how blocks and barriers pop up that prevent you from sticking to your self-care priorities and strategies and tools you can use to overcome those blocks.

Learn how to manage your time to prioritize self-care in your life, whatever that looks like for you. You will learn time strategies to help you prioritize your self-care and will leave with ideas and inspiration to put your self-care plan from lunch break #1 into action.

Overcome The Blocks

June 11, 2021

 

Many things can distract us from quality self-care. It can feel so much harder to look after ourselves when we don't feel like our "best self" (even when that's when you need it the most!) You'll learn how to overcome your own blocks in this final part of 3 series. 

What To Expect?

1. Once your purchase your Self-Care Lunch Break Series ticket you are automatically signed up for all 3 workshops.

2. You will receive a calendar invitation for each workshop within 2-3 business days of registration with all necessary online connection information for each workshop (workshops will be online using the Zoom platform).

3. An e-mail reminder will be sent on the morning of each workshop with connection information.

4. Workshop recordings will be sent out via e-mail within 24 hours of each live workshop.

Alison Butler is passionate about supporting our mental health & wellbeing.  As a Mental Health First Aid facilitator, she engages groups weekly in conversations around self-care as part of the training curriculum. 

 

Alison noticed that many of you are looking for MORE support, strategies and information around self-care.  Her goal is to dive deeper into the subject of self-care and to support you in creating your OWN self-care plan, one that is completely unique to your life and day-to-day schedule. 

 

Maybe most importantly, Alison focuses on keeping the conversation REAL around the challenges we face sticking to any kind of self-care routine in daily life.
