(Un)Program is a step-by-step reset that helps you unlearn the habits, expectations, and patterns that drain you.

If you end most days feeling depleted instead of satisfied, you’re not alone. We’ve been taught to measure our worth by how much we do, not by how present or fulfilled we feel. How the (UN)Program Works

We are not adding another task to your list. This is designed to fit into the busiest lives. Each week focuses on one theme, so change feels realistic and lasting.

  • One or two short, clear emails with weekly intentions

  • Short, private audios you can listen to on the go

  • Two or three simple practices you can apply immediately

  • It’s not a “course” that you have homework for, or a new login and password

  • It will not be another set of tasks to compete for your limited time and attention

  • It’s not a heavy program that will make you feel bad about your life

  • It will not be an uncomfortable or strict lifestyle overhaul

Alison's Story

Alison is a high-achieving, go-getter, highly engaged, “busy” entrepreneur, mom of two, partner, and friend. Before owning her own business, she worked for 15 years in a job she loved at a provincial non-profit organization. 

For years, she pursued all her work and interests with high energy, until one day things changed. 

Despite her best intentions, she felt drained, unfocused, scattered, irritable, and “blah”. That began a lifelong journey to support her own mental wellbeing and help others who might feel the same way. 

 

In early 2020, Alison became a full-time business owner, teaching Mental Health First Aid in workplaces. After teaching hundreds of courses, she noticed how many others were stuck in similar patterns–never-ending work, life commitments that never seem to leave any extra time, and the drain from constantly being “on”.

Alison strongly believes that it’s worth breaking the status quo of “going through the motions of life” and living a life that feels great (whatever that looks like for you!)

The (UN)program is the result of many group presentations and training to figure out the tools that really move the needle on creating your best life.
