(UN)Program and Reclaim Your Energy, Focus and Time
(Un)Program is a step-by-step reset that helps you unlearn the habits, expectations, and patterns that drain you.
If you end most days feeling depleted instead of satisfied, you’re not alone. We’ve been taught to measure our worth by how much we do, not by how present or fulfilled we feel. The constant notifications, requests, and expectations pull at your attention all day. Your mind never rests. Your schedule is always overflowing. You’re left running on empty.
It does not have to stay this way. In six weeks, you can get off autopilot, protect your time and energy without guilt, and create lasting space for what matters most.
Move from scattered, unfocused, and overextended to clear, calm, and intentional, without adding more to your plate.

(UN)Program is For You if You Want to:
-
End the day feeling accomplished instead of empty
-
Say yes only when you truly mean it
-
Feel in control of your time and attention
-
Spend less time reacting and more time leading your day
-
Create space for the people and activities that light you up
-
Keep your progress going long after the program ends
Doors for the next cohort open January 2026
How the (UN)Program Works
We are not adding another task to your list. This is designed to fit into the busiest lives. Each week focuses on one theme, so change feels realistic and lasting.
You’ll receive:
-
One or two short, clear emails with weekly intentions
-
Short, private audios you can listen to on the go
-
Two or three simple practices you can apply immediately
-
A framework to reduce energy drains and shift habits in ways that stick
Weekly Themes

Building a mindset that protects your time, energy, and values

Creating space in your schedule for what matters most

Breaking the cycle of constant busyness

Choosing where your attention goes with confidence

Reducing tech overwhelm without cutting it out completely

Saying no without guilt and following through when it’s hard

Living intentionally once you’ve created more space

Sustaining your new focus habits for the long term
What (UN)Program IS NOT:
-
It’s not a “course” that you have homework for, or a new login and password
-
It will not be another set of tasks to compete for your limited time and attention
-
It’s not a heavy program that will make you feel bad about your life
-
It will not be an uncomfortable or strict lifestyle overhaul
By the End of Six Weeks, You Can:
Why This Works
The (Un)Program works because it starts with awareness, not willpower. You’ll see the hidden patterns that quietly steal your time, energy, and focus.
Once you discover what’s not working, you’ll be guided to make small weekly shifts that fit your real life. Each week builds on the last, so you create momentum without pressure.
This approach has helped many women step out of the “always on” cycle, protect their time without guilt, and keep their focus strong long after the program ends.
What Alison’s Clients Are Saying
Alison's Story
Alison is a high-achieving, go-getter, highly engaged, “busy” entrepreneur, mom of two, partner, and friend. Before owning her own business, she worked for 15 years in a job she loved at a provincial non-profit organization.
For years, she pursued all her work and interests with high energy, until one day things changed.
Despite her best intentions, she felt drained, unfocused, scattered, irritable, and “blah”. That began a lifelong journey to support her own mental wellbeing and help others who might feel the same way.
In early 2020, Alison became a full-time business owner, teaching Mental Health First Aid in workplaces. After teaching hundreds of courses, she noticed how many others were stuck in similar patterns–never-ending work, life commitments that never seem to leave any extra time, and the drain from constantly being “on”.
Alison strongly believes that it’s worth breaking the status quo of “going through the motions of life” and living a life that feels great (whatever that looks like for you!)
The (UN)program is the result of many group presentations and training to figure out the tools that really move the needle on creating your best life.
