Women-only retreat - May 2026, Nosara Costa Rica

Updated: Jul 29

You work hard ....but is it at the cost of your own energy?

You're invited to the ultimate reset - a women-only retreat in Nosara, Costa Rica from May 16-23, 2026.

Alison Butler, retreat host poses at the Bodhi Tree resort in Costa Rica with the text "Aligned Life Retreat" overlaying the image.

You love adventure and new experiences, but lately, life feels more like a never ending to-do list. You’re craving a reset—real rest, not just another vacation—so you can step back, realign, and feel like your days are actually fuelling you.

You’re ready to stop just pushing through and start living with more ease, intention, and spaciousness.

You, before the retreat: Your workdays feel like a blur. You jump from email to meeting to text messages, constantly putting out fires with no real sense of progress. Lunch? Usually eaten at your desk—if you remember it at all. By 3 PM, your energy is gone, but your to-do list isn't.

Imagine leaving Costa Rica feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply connected to the life you actually want to live.

After seven days of rest, reflection, and intentional recalibration, you won’t just feel aligned while away - you’ll have a plan to carry that alignment forward into your daily life. Through workshops, guided practices, and real-world strategies, you’ll create manageable shifts that allow you to work and live in a way that energizes you, rather than drains you.

Instead of dragging yourself home at the end of the day, depleted and overwhelmed, you’ll have set clear boundaries with your time and technology—so your work stays at work, and your evenings are yours again. Instead of running on autopilot, reacting to whatever demands come your way, you’ll have a personalized plan for structuring your days with intention, leaving space for creativity, movement, and rest.

At The Aligned Life Retreat, you’ll gain more than just time away—you’ll gain a new way of being.

When you leave, you won’t be going back to the same exhausting routine. You’ll be stepping into a life that feels spacious, intentional, and truly yours.
