Your retreat package includes:
7 nights accommodation at the beautiful Bodhi Tree Resort in Nosara, Costa Rica.
Airport transfer (to/from) Liberia airport (2 hour drive each way).
3 healthy meals served buffet style per day (dietary restrictions can be accommodated).
1-1 mentorship pre and post retreat to help you create lasting change that feels right for your life + daily retreat workshops with Alison (valued at $2100!)
1 daily gentle stretching class with Alison in a beautiful jungle space.
Group excursion to the Tuesday market.
