Is your team at risk of burning out?

Burnout to Boundaries™ workshops are a GREAT place to start - we focus on PREVENTION and practical, personalized strategies.

Half day and full day sessions available for workplaces, delivered virtually or in person. These sessions have also been very popular with membership organizations seeking to support the wellbeing of their members (ask about non-profit pricing).

At least 1 in 3 are at risk of experiencing burnout.  In this workshop, your team will learn:

✔ motivation and inspiration to support yourself.

This program is also available for 1-1 mentorship if you are looking for individual supports.
