Mental Health Crisis Lines & Counselling Supports


NEW - Canada-wide 3 digit crisis line

Crisis line: 9-8-8

This crisis line is available to all Canadians in English and French, 24 hours a day and seven days a week. It will offer trauma-informed and culturally appropriate

services by trained crisis responders by phone or text.

Wellness Together available to all Canadians and provides counselling supports by phone. This is an excellent tool for anyone who does not have access via a healthcare plan or employee assistance program. https://wellnesstogether.ca/en-CA


Hope for Wellness Help Line

Available to all Indigenous peoples across Canada who need immediate crisis intervention. Experienced and culturally sensitive help line counsellors can help if you want to talk or are distressed.Telephone and online counselling are available in English and French. On request, telephone counselling is also available in Cree, Ojibway and Inuktitut.
