I’ve created a practical, strategic 7 day business experience specifically for women business owners from May 9 - 16, 2026, co-hosted with my personal business coach, Gina Keeping (a hugely important catalyst to my own business growth and success over the past 5 years) and located in a place where you can truly get away from your day to day.

7 days where your only job is to step out of working in your business… and step fully into leading it.

About Alison

You know me as Alison, mental health and burnout prevention educator but you might not know all of my background and how I can fully support you + your business at this 7 day business experience.

I have a Masters degree in business. I spent 15 years working in a non-profit on many things but some of them included: web site content, email marketing, social media, launching new services, press releases, talking to the media AND developing and delivering presentations.

I flexed that muscle for years talking to everyone from elementary school kids to senior citizens, in workplaces and on conference stages.

I’m also creative x10000. I’m confident in what I know and deliver in business because I spent a lot of years beforehand flexing that muscle.

I’ve been successful in my business (especially in successfully working with workplace and corporate clients) because I already knew what I was doing and I used it to my advantage.

When I was starting out, I put my face out there everywhere, I used my networks, I used my LinkedIn platform, I started building email lists and I KEPT doing that (systems, IYKYK).

I built with intention. So I know what you’re thinking. “Ok that’s great for you Alison, but I don’t have most of those things in my background”.
