I’ve created a practical, strategic 7 day business experience specifically for women business owners, co-hosted with my personal business coach, Gina Keeping (a hugely important catalyst to my own business growth and success over the past 5 years) and located in a place where you can truly get away from your day to day.


7 days where your only job is to step out of working in your business… and step fully into leading it. 

A lot of us are in a place I lovingly call “the messy middle”.


We created a  business to give ourselves time freedom, or financial freedom, or BOTH but we are often still stuck in the day to day doing the business, instead of leading the business like the owners we are. 


(it doesn’t matter if you want to have a business that eventually runs itself, or, if you’re like me and always want to have hands-on experience in your business, we are all seeking sustainable growth for our business!)

I created this event because I’m tired of seeing AMAZING women business owners struggling with getting their business to that next level where they aren’t exhausted and feeling like they are running on a hamster wheel all the time.
